David Robinson has been revered as an expert in communication. His background encompasses marketing, branding, sales, writing, and public relations both in entertainment and corporate environments. Having the ability to work in a field he’s passionate about is truly a life-long dream come true.
Having experience in marketing going back to high school, he has gained a great deal of wisdom and experience in his lifetime. He was introduced to the idea that “people must receive the message the same way that it was intended by the sender,” while spearheading the marketing of various student organizations. While in college, he desired to expand on this notion and received his bachelor’s degree in advertising & public relations from Grand Valley State University. While in school, David interned in the public relations department of Saint Mary’s Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI, while working on branding, marketing, and PR strategies of other local businesses in the area.
Upon graduating, he was hired as an Executive Management Trainee for a marketing firm in Chicago, IL. There, he received personal training by the senior management team of how to “create a product, create the voice of a product, and create revenue from the product.” Because of his success, he was asked to be a national mentor for multiple campaigns and had various speaking roles within the company. The clients were so pleased with his work that he was asked to lead the company’s expansion and open an office in Baltimore, MD, where he managed 30+ employees and multiple clients/campaigns.
Currently, he resides in metro Atlanta and continues to create branding, exposure, and revenue for both his corporate and entertainment clients. Using various platforms of communication, David thrives in creating a unique strategy to fit that client’s needs.
