As a young person, I wanted to be an actor. I even worked in “the biz” for seven years. I moved back to “Y’allywood” (Atlanta) which makes more movies than Hollywood does these days. But after killing myself for years just to land a handful of professional plays and even a few small parts in a few small films, I realized it wasn’t a career; it was a hobby. A very, very nice hobby.
So, coaching business owners how to successfully expand their brand is not the dream I had as a child.
What I have found is that my absolutely unstoppable passion for supporting local small businesses, coupled with my expertise in marketing, tripled with the experience I have running my own businesses and empathy I feel for entrepreneurs, makes me a really exceptional consultant.
Every entrepreneur I’ve ever met works really hard. No exceptions there.
But whenever a client of mine recognizes that they wouldn’t be where they are without a trustworthy partner who manages the online world for them, THAT’S when I know I’ve found my true calling. I love what I do! I am RevLocal!
I am originally from West Virginia and graduated from the University of Georgia. I enjoy carving out free time between serving clients so that I can go to live music, Zydeco dance, read, camp, cook, see movies and plays, and spend time with Clay and the cats… Snoopers and Georgie. But mostly… see live music and Zydeco dance.
