Where is your hometown?
What school did you go to and your major?
Georgia Southern University; marketing.
What relevant experience do you have related to your job?
I have a passion for helping small businesses. Having two parents who have each started their own businesses successfully, I have always been aware of the drive entrepreneurship entails. Throughout college at Georgia Southern, I worked with multiple start-up businesses from a clothing boutique store to gourmet cookies. I listened to the store owner's visions and found ways to elevate their weaknesses and leverage their strengths through marketing and sales efforts. I enjoy the challenge of starting from scratch and the opportunity to watch people and businesses grow. In my first job after college, I worked with Nationwide within their real estate sector and mastered the art of managing a large book of business while delivering quality customer service. My ability to listen to customers, find better ways to reach customers and convert interest into transactions is what sets me apart and makes me excited to go to work daily. RevLocal gives me the opportunity to help more people reach their dreams and measure results.
What are your hobbies outside of work?
Outside of work, I love to explore! Finding new places to take photos and try new food is my favorite. There's nothing quite like finding a hole in the wall restaurant in a place you've never been to. When I'm not out exploring, I also love to craft and thrift for home design. Building and renovating furniture or making custom wood signs has been a creative outlet I've explored since I moved to Columbus!
What is a fun fact about yourself?
I was born Friday the 13th (cue scary music).
What made you choose RevLocal?
RevLocal combines marketing strategy and small/medium sized businesses. That's right up my ally.
