A popular IT staffing firm is embarking on an unusual local SEO campaign aimed at combating negative reviews about its services.
Following the revelation that a Google search for the company's name returned the word "scam" as one of the search topics associated with the firm, Insight Global commissioned an SEO expert to create the website InsightGlobalScam.com. The site is intended to provide users with more accurate information about the company.
Allegedly, the word "scam" and Insight Global became synonymous on Google after it was found that former employees posted feedback with the phrase "Insight Global is a scam" on various review websites after they were "unable to find employment with the Fortune 500 clientele that make up Insight Global's primary client base."
IG took immediate action because it needed to maintain its reputation as of one of the nation's top IT staffing firms. The company was recently ranked as one of the top four staffing firms in terms of nationwide growth for the last five years by Staffing Industry Analysts, and holds an A+ rating from the Atlanta Better Business Bureau.
In order to actively grow the number of positive online reviews a company has, Search England Land recommends encouraging the most loyal customers to go online and provide feedback.
